The management consists of Martijn Meskers and Koen Dejonghe, 2 Dutch professionals with broad experience in real estate. Immo Ost is building high-quality, modern homes in Plauen, in which tenants will feel at home and comfortable. Currently, 6 buildings have been purchased that will be transformed. Martijn and Koen are in Plauen every month to directly manage the projects and consult with all parties involved. Quality of life and trusted relationships are the basis for Immo Ost.

AVAILABLE PROJECTS
This project has been completed! The building has been fitted with a new roof and houses 4 modern 4-room apartments of 95 m2. Viewings for these apartments can be booked via our property manager Schommer or via real-estate agent Scott Immobilien.
This renovation project will start in autumn 2025 with a roof renovation and afterwards a refurb of the apartments. The building consists of 6 3-room apartments, 4 2-room apartments and 2 shops. Completion of the project is expected in the spring 2026. If you are interested to rent one of these apartments, please get in touch with us or with our property manager Schommer.
Currently, we are carrying out a roof renovation and façade cleaning to preserve the building. We like to get in touch with interested parties to give the building a new purpose. The renovation works can be customised to specific needs.

This high-quality renovation was completed in autumn 2024. The renovation included underfloor heating, modern bathrooms, modern kitchens, atmospheric lighting and stylish balconies. The building consists of 3 large 5-room apartments, one 3-room apartment and a 2-room apartment. All these apartments are currently tenanted.
